Cattron Theimeg Europe offers an Express Service for repairs to all of its customers
To make use of this service, you can find information about the terms here.
Handlig
Just make a short call to us and send your written order marked 'Express Service'. The carton with the goods should be clearly marked beside the address: S=Same Day – N=Next Day.
With this remark you accept the terms for express service.
Same Day
Equipment will be repaired on day of arrival and returned to customer the same day after 14.30pm with Express Parcel or they may be brought and be repaired on the spot.
Conditions:
- Shop Repair works in Mönchengladbach
- Information by phone.
Equipment accepted until 10.00am at CTE. - Repair on site
- Information by phone until 08.00am.
Express services only can be offered for field services within 150 km.
Next Day
Equipment would be repaired upon arrival and returned to customer next day by Express parcel or can be collected by customer.
Conditions:
- Shop Repair works in Mönchengladbach
- Information by phone until 10.am.
Equipment accepted until 10.00am at CTE. - Repair on site
- Information by phone until 10.00am.
Express services only can be offered for field services within 300 km.
